【Order Processing】

  • This website provides shipping services exclusively to Hong Kong, Macau and Australia
  • Orders processed on business days only (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

【Order Status】

Customers can track their order status at any time by logging into the "My Account" section on our website.

【Delivery Time】

  • In-stock Items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days after "Order Confirmation."
  • Pre-order Items: The estimated arrival date mentioned on the product page is subject to change based on actual production/shipping conditions. Once the stock arrives, an email notification will be sent regarding the shipping arrangements.
  • Special Circumstances: During promotional periods or under severe weather conditions, order processing may take longer.
  • Liability: We will make every commercially reasonable effort to process orders within the estimated timeframe; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any delays.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address, phone number, or scheduled delivery time after payment, please contact us at cs@emagina.biz. If the order has already been dispatched, changes will be subject to SF Express’s policies and capabilities.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Generally, items are delivered within 3–5 business days, though remote areas may require more time.

【Shipping Fees】

  • Carrier & Regions: We select the most appropriate courier service based on your shipping destination to ensure your items arrive safely.
  • Hong Kong & Macau (香港及澳門地區): Shipping is primarily handled by SF Express on a Freight Collect basis (shipping fees are paid by the recipient upon delivery). For the most accurate rates and information regarding remote area surcharges, please refer to the [SF Express Official Website].
  • International & Other Regions (e.g., Australia) : Shipping carriers and costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight/volume of the package. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated during order processing.
  • Surcharges & Taxes: Please note that any additional charges, including but not limited to remote area surcharges, storage fees, or import duties/taxes, are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the respective courier or local customs. 

【Order Cancellation】

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, we will attempt to assist with your inquiry and reply within 3 business days. Please note that the shipping date will be delayed accordingly during this process.
  • Automatic Cancellations: An order or part of an order may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:

     

    • Product is out of stock.
    • Inability to process payment information.
    • Inability to ship to the provided address.
    • Duplicate orders.If an order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and arrange a refund.
