Return and Exchange Policy
General Policy: In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been received.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If you discover that your items are damaged (e.g., breakage, missing components) or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt (based on the delivery carrier's official record). To initiate a claim, please email clear photos of the issue to cs@emagina.biz.
Processing: Upon receiving your application, we will review it and notify you within 3 business days regarding the status of your request and whether it has been approved.
Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, EMADO (Shinway) reserves the right of final decision.
